I can 100% without a doubt recommend that you should be a member and shop with Rue La La. The site features different brand-name, luxury goods each day that are available for a few days only. They feature everything from Citizens for Humanity Jeans, Tom Ford sunglasses, Oakley, Spanx, and so so so so so much more. The prices are unbelievable and the selection is really top notch.
One of my favorite things about Rue La La is the exclusivity. In order to shop or even view the daily brand-name boutique you have to be a member. You can only become a member if someone else invites you to join. I have to admit- I love being able to brag to friends about my amazing purchases and being gracious enough to share an invite with them after they become jealous and interested. I like to brag, but then I also share. :)
Another perk of being a member is that whenever one of the friends you invited makes a purchase you get a merchandise credit! I try to pressure my friends into buying things when their favorite boutiques go live so that I can earn some credits towards my own purchases. (At least I admit my sins!)
My favorite purchase so far has been a nice pair of bootcut Citizens jeans and a pair of Betsey Johnson pearl earrings. I got the jeans for $99.00, a pair that originally sells for over $250.00. Additionally I had $10.00 worth of credit from a friend's purchase so I really got the jeans for $89.00. That means I paid less than 37% of the retail value. Plus these are the greatest jeans ever. They are extremely comfortable and look amazing on. Also, I've had them for almost a year now and the color has not faded in the least. I felt quite proud of this purchase!
